Environment & Sustainability
City East Alliance is committed to:
- Enhancing both the built and natural environment in the locality of the project;
- Minimising the project’s impact; and
- Improving the local environment where possible.
Given the size and scope of the project, it is not possible to eliminate all of the impacts of construction on the community and environment. However, the Alliance will endeavour to minimise these impacts wherever possible and is committed to deliver the project in an environmentally sustainable manner.
CEA is working collaboratively with the relevant environmental authorities and local stakeholders to identify opportunities to minimise construction impacts.
