Land Acquisition
In order to complete the improvements to Great Eastern Highway, land has been acquired and access to some side roads and individual properties that abut the highway may change.
City East Alliance will mitigate the impact of the works on these properties to the greatest extent possible and has created a dedicated team to manage this process. Their roles are to specifically liaise with the adjacent landowners and understand their requirements and concerns.
The Alliance aims to maintain access and enhance aesthetic value of the directly adjacent properties where possible. Notwithstanding this, CEA has undertaken a thorough inspection of existing conditions and will endeavour to reinstate any landscaping, services and property features that are affected during construction.
