Alliance Board and AMT
The Alliance Board is responsible for the governance and conduct of City East Alliance. Its primary function is to provide leadership and ensure the Alliance Agreement is implemented smoothly and efficiently. The Board comprises representatives from each of the participant organisations.

The Alliance Management Team
The Alliance Management Team is led by Nick Combe the Alliance Director and comprises senior functional managers responsible for the successful delivery of the project.
